Richard W. Warke , , , Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Richard Warke is the founder of the Augusta group of companies which include Augusta Resource Corporation (Executive Chairman), Wildcat Silver Corporation (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Riva Gold Corporation (Chairman and CEO) and Plata Latina Minerals Corporation (Director). He was also the founder and Chairman of Ventana Gold Corp which was acquired for $1.5 billion. Mr. Warke has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and marketing in the global resource industry, and has been involved in raising over $1 billion dollars in equity for resource companies. Although his endeavours have primarily involved mineral resource operations, he has also been involved with oil and gas, forestry, technology and manufacturing operations.

Donald R. Taylor , , , President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Taylor has more than 25 years of mineral exploration experience on five continents in precious and base metals, taking projects from exploration to mine development. He has worked extensively for large and small cap companies, including BHP Minerals, Bear Creek Mining, American Copper and Nickel, Doe Run Resources, and Westmont Mining Company. Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree from University of Missouri at Rolla. He is a Licensed Professional Geologist in several eastern and western states and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Paul J. Ireland , , , Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ireland is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial experience in the mining and forestry sectors. Prior to joining Wildcat in December 2009 he was CFO and Corporate Secretary for Western Forest Products Inc., where he was responsible for finance, treasury, IT, procurement and public filings. He was also VP Finance at Diavik Diamond Mines Inc., a division of Rio Tinto, from 2002 to 2004 during the startup of the Diavik diamond mine. Mr. Ireland has successfully negotiated significant debt refinancings and raised new equity capital. Mr. Ireland was also previously the CFO for Ventana Gold Corp.

Purni Parikh , , , Vice President, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Parikh has 22 years of experience in business administration. She has a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto, and has completed coursework at Simon Fraser University and other institutions in various areas including business management, organizational behavior, marketing, securities, computer science and software and web design. In 1999, Ms. Parikh obtained a Gemology degree with honors ranking second in Canada, and is now a fellow of Gemological Associations in Canada and Great Britain and an associate member of the Gemological Institute of America. She holds an honours certificate in the Canadian Securities Course and has 17 years experience working with public companies in the areas of communications, investor relations and legal administration.

Charles J. Magolske , , , Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Magolske has more than 25 years of experience in industrial capital goods businesses in marketing, operations management, business management, joint ventures and acquisitions in both domestic and international venues. He is also the Vice President, Corporate Development and Marketing at Augusta Resource Corporation. Prior to joining Wildcat, Mr. Magolske was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for FreightCar America, and held prior positions with Trinity Industries, FMC Corporation, Owens Illinois and Western Gear, a division of Bucyrus Erie. He holds degrees in Law, Business and Engineering and is a Professional Engineer.

Letitia Cornacchia , , , Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

Ms. Cornacchia has 10 years of experience in finance and investor relations. Prior to joining Wildcat Silver, Ms. Cornacchia was the Director of Investor Relations at Yamana Gold. Previous to that, she was in investor relations in the telecom industry at TELUS with further experience in various other finance positions. Ms. Cornacchia has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and is a CFA charterholder. Ms. Cornacchia is also the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Augusta Resource Corporation and Riva Gold Corp, and previously Ventana Gold Corp.

Gregory F. Lucero , , , Vice President, Sustainable Development

Mr. Lucero has more than 20 years of management experience in both the public and private sector, as well as an extensive background in the executive government working for local, state, and federal elected officials. Prior to joining Wildcat, Mr. Lucero was most recently the County Manager for Santa Cruz County in Arizona, where he also served as the chief lobbyist for the County at the state legislature and US Congress. Prior to that, Mr. Lucero held various positions with Sunrise Engineering. Mr. Lucero holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.

William J. Pennstrom Jr. , , , , Vice President, Technical Services

Mr. Pennstrom has more than 35 years experience in the management and engineering aspects of mineral processing, specifically in extraction techniques that include crushing, leaching, milling, gravity separation, flotation, SX/EW, pressure oxidation, electrolysis, and smelting. His experience includes 20 years in operations and 15 years as an engineering consultant. Mr. Pennstrom has worked as the technical or engineering consultant for a vast number of large scale precious and base metal projects including International Tower Hill Mines’ Livengood project, the Donlin Creek project and Osisko’s Canadian Malartic project. Mr. Pennstrom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Masters of Arts degree in Business Management. He is a Qualified Professional (QP) in Process Metallurgy as defined under Canadian National Instrument 43-101.
